Art Therapy & Dementia
Art therapy combines the fields of psychology and art in order to explore, express and reflect upon ourselves. There are multiple physical and psychological benefits of doing art therapy which have the potential to improve a person’s health and wellbeing. There is significant evidence to suggest that art therapy is particularly beneficial for older persons living with various forms of dementia.
